This Train the Trainer – WHMIS Certification 2025 Course will equip workplace trainers with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively teach the most current version of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) regulations to employees in Canada. This course will ensure that trainers not only understand WHMIS compliance requirements but can also communicate them effectively to diverse workplace audiences. In addition, this course also covers adult learning principles, training design and delivery, evaluation methods, and specific WHMIS course content knowledge as required by all Provincial OHS Regulations across Canada.
WHMIS Train the Trainer Course
On December 14, 2025 Health Canada regulations come into effect, making amendments to the previous WHMIS Hazardous Products Regulations to align with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
This WHMIS Train the Trainer Course will ensure you are presenting and practicing the most up to date methods for safe handling of hazardous materials in the workplace.
This course is presented in two parts.
Part 1: Will teach you the skills and knowledge required to effectively train your employees in safety practices using industry accepted Adult Learning Principles.
Part 2: Will teach you the most current WHMIS GHS Certification 2025 training course as required in Canada by both Federal and Provincial legislation, for your full understanding which will then to allow you to effectively teach this course to others.
